Terms and conditions

Please review the following terms and conditions ("Terms") that govern your use of and purchase of products from (collectively, "Use") FF mobile applications (collectively, our "Site"). ForeverFearless LLC provides the Site. ("Forever Fearless"). By creating an Account or otherwise accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge and agree to follow and be bound by these Terms.

THESE TERMS INCLUDE A CLASS ACTION WAIVER AND REQUIRE BINDING ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES.

RETURN POLICY

An individual may return any unused items within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (provided the items are in a new and unused condition). Drop your package in the US Mail wherever it's most convenient: at home, at work, or your local post office.

If you prefer, you can arrange a USPS collection from your address (where available) by scheduling a 'carrier pickup' at www.ups.com. Once your return is processed, $7 will be deducted from your refund. Please allow 28 working days for your refund to process.

POSTAL RETURNS

Alternatively, if you do not wish to use the above services, you can return via post using the returns label on the reverse of the delivery note. Postage must be paid by the sender and not refunded by FF (this does not affect your statutory rights). All postal returns should be sent to

International orders placed online cannot be returned to a FF Retail Store.

Note: If you do not return the item within the time specified, we may retain the item(s) and/or not refund at all or refund the current or last selling price. All clothing, grooming products, and certain jewelry can only be returned if found to be faulty. Where a product has a security seal, a refund will not be given if the seal is broken unless it is faulty.

FF reserves the right to amend or change its returns and refunds policy at any time, so please check our Returns Information frequently.

SHIPPING AND RISK OF LOSS

Delivery will be confirmed at checkout.

Great news, shipping is currently free for all orders over $100. Orders under $100 will be charged at $9 for shipping per order. All items that you purchase from us are made under a shipment contract. It means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Please allow extra days for local holidays, UK national holidays, weekends, and sale time. FF reserves the right to amend or change the free delivery offer at any time, but we promise to notify customers at least 5 days in advance.

AVAILABILITY

All orders for products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute items of equal quality and value. You will be notified of such substitutes when you place your order.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

We cannot accept credit, debit, and AMEX cards that will expire within the next 5 Days. 

We can only accept credit or debit cards that are registered to the delivery address.

Card details are checked and verified by a third party, and goods are shipped once authorization has been obtained. In the event of a breach of security by you, you will remain liable for any unauthorized use of your credit card until you update your Information.

You are entirely responsible for all activities which occur under your user account.

You represent and warrant that if you are making online payments that: 

1- Any credit card, debit card, and bank account information you supply is true.

2- Correct and complete charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit/debit card company or bank. You will pay the charges incurred by you in the amounts posted. It includes any applicable taxes.

3- You should be the person in whose name the card was issued, and you are authorized to make a purchase or other transaction with the relevant credit card and credit card information.

Please note that if you pay by credit, debit, or AMEX cards, you may be charged a fee by your card issuer.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

FF attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, sizes, colors, styles, or other content of this Site is 100% accurate, complete, or error-free. We have made significant efforts to accurately display the colors and sizes of our products that appear on the Site.

However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. If a product you purchase is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. See Returns Information for additional information.

*Please note that it is prohibited to post images to our Services or provide us with images of other brands.

OUR RIGHT TO VARY THESE TERMS

We have the right to revise these Terms from time to time. Please keep a check on our Terms & Conditions to stay updated with us.

You will be subjected to the Terms and Conditions that are in force when you order products from us.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site and any service, content, features, or products offered through Site at any time, without notice to you. We will have no liability to you or any third party for modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site or any service, content, feature, or product offered through the Site.

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on the Site. Each time you use the Site, you should review the current Terms. Your continued use of the Site will constitute your acceptance of the current Terms.

Suppose any part of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable. In that case, the unenforceable part will be given effect to the greatest extent possible, and the remaining parts will remain in full force and effect.

Under no circumstances will we be held liable for any delay or failure in performance due in whole or in part to any acts of nature or other causes beyond our reasonable control. The failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not prevent us from enforcing such right or provision in the future.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms, in whole or in part, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may assign the Terms and our rights and obligations under these Terms, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets or equity, or by operation of law. You agree that communications and transactions between us may be conducted electronically.

EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

FF will not be liable for any non-compliance or delay in compliance with any of the obligations we assume under the US Terms of Use or other contracts when caused by events beyond our control.

These include:

• Strike, protest, or lockdown
• Civil unrest, war
• Fire, explosion,
• Lack of access to the telecommunication system
• Flood, earthquake
